ScreenFlow utilizes a background application – ScreenFlow Helper – to manage various aspects of your recording. The ScreenFlow Helper menu is located on the right side of the menu bar at the top of the display. To monitor the status of your recording, select the ScreenFlow Helper menu located on the right side of the menu bar.
