Keep your software up to date. GearCare Support customers holding a Wirecast 8 or later license will get Wirecast upgrades for free*. Software upgrades are major releases and include new features, enhancements.
GearCare Support is a powerful upgrade that extends Warranty and Support on a Wirecast Gear system to three years. GearCare is available for purchase within 90 days of purchase and will take effect from the date of your Wirecast Gear purchase. You will have immediate access to the Advance Replacement and to our Support Team for the next 3 years.
As a GearCare Support member, you will be eligible for Remote Access Services (RAS)—a fast and secure method of allowing a support technician to access your computer, identify the issue and resolve it quickly.
We will do our best to respond to your request within 4 business hours (sooner if we can). Our hours are from Monday through Friday, between 8 AM and 5 PM Pacific Time (PT), excluding holidays.
